Domaine Bonnet-Huteau

Definitely part of the new wave of Muscadet producers comes brothers Remi and Jean-Jacques Bonnet.

The brothers have sustainability and quality at the forefront, beginning changes to their viticulture in 2005, before receiving organic certification in 2009. Today, they are fully certified as biodynamic. 

They have 40 hectares in the heart of the Sevre et Maine appellation and the family has been producing Muscadet for over 150 years. The brothers have decided to focus solely on working with white grapes and work with a number of soils - gneiss, micaschist, amphibolite and granite - to produce tremendous wines of great value.
