New In: Olivier Pithon Wines

We’re pleased to have a fresh shipment in from Olivier Pithon, the much-loved producer from Calce in the Roussillon.

Originally from Anjou in the Loire, Olivier began working in vineyards at just 14 and later trained in Bordeaux before travelling across France to refine his craft. In 2000, he discovered Calce, and after meeting Gérard Gauby, decided to make it his home. His wines are certified organic and biodynamically farmed, made with freshness and balance always front of mind.

The P’tit Pithons have always held a special place in the Emile portfolio and capture exactly what we look for: delicious, sustainably made, and accessible wines that work beautifully on restaurant lists and bottle shop shelves alike.

Back by popular demand, we now have:

P’tit Pithon Rouge 2024  – Grenache, Mourvèdre and Syrah from Calce and Baixas. Bright and peppery with crunchy red fruit and lively acidity: the perfect vin de soif.

P’tit Pithon Blanc 2024 – Grenache Blanc and Macabeu, zesty and mineral with grapefruit pith and a saline edge.

MAC 2 (Orange) 2024– Skin-contact blend showing notes of white flowers, ripe peach and gentle grip.
