This Monday, we hosted a by-the-glass focused tasting at Sol's in London. With the sun shining and spring in full swing, it was the perfect moment to connect with friends from the trade and hear what’s moving on wine lists.

There was plenty of great conversation—about what’s working by the glass, what guests are reaching for in the warmer weather, and how the season is shaping up. We were especially glad to share a first taste of our upcoming Maison Red and really valued the thoughtful feedback.
